How to use the NOVA website.
The jewellery & accessories on our website have been categorised to make browsing and shopping at NOVA a secure, easy and more convenient experience for you.
1. If you cannot find an item you want, type your search description into the Quick Find search box and then click on the Search button.
2. Read the product description & other details carefully, and check the item(s) price. You can click on the item(s) image to view it in a larger size.
3. If you would like to buy the item(s) select Add to Cart.
4. If you make a mistake when ordering an item(s) you can easily remove them from your shopping cart and start again. To remove an item from the shopping cart, tick the Remove box & click the Update button.
5. When you have finished shopping, to complete your purchase click Checkout.
6. You will then be asked to sign in or create an account and confirm your personal details and tell us the address where you want the item(s) to be delivered.
Please note that the goods will only be delivered to the address that matches with the billing address of the credit / debit card used to pay for the original order. *Returning customers just need to log-in to your account. *Please ensure that you give a valid email address when confirming your order as an acknowledgement email from NOVA will be sent to the email address that you have given us.
7.When you have finished shopping and are ready to complete your purchase with us you will be directed away from our website to Worldpay, who are our secure payment service provider. Worldpay will then ask you to follow the onscreen instructions and to enter your payment details.
NOVA do not keep any record of our customers` credit or debit card information.
Only our secure payment service provider Worldpay see this information.
We can accept on-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including
Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, American Express and JCB.
We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.
We will also accept payments through PayPal, and we will accept U.K. Postal Orders.
*Please note: we only accept cheques from U.K. bank accounts.
If you are paying for an item by cheque or postal order, please make it payable to
NOVA and post it by recorded delivery to ensure it does not get lost in the post.
*Please note that if you are paying by cheque, it will take longer for your goods to be delivered, as we can only process your order after your cheque has been received and the amount has cleared, this can take between 3-10 working days.
8.When the payment details have been completed with Worldpay, you will then be redirected back to our website at www.novajewellery.com.
Please follow the instructions until the order process is completed.
9.You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order from us (NOVA) and also a confirmation of your payment from our secure payment provider Worldpay.
10. If you do not receive these emails please do the following.
- Check in your NOVA account that you have given us the correct email address.
- Check that your email service filter has not blocked or marked our emails to you as SPAM or JUNK MAIL.

It is the customers responsibility to read our Terms and Conditions each time they use the NOVA website, and when you are using this website you agree to the terms and conditions.
We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions at the time of ordering.
Ordering goods from Nova.
All of our goods are subject to availability.
Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be able to agree to the following.
1. That you are the holder of a valid credit/debit card, or have a U.K. bank account.
2. That you ensure the personal information you are required to provide as a customer is true, current and accurate.
You must not use a false name or identity to fraudulently impersonate another person or provide any other details that you are not authorised to use.
To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem to be suspicious or where the details you provided do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card.
All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of current U.K. VAT charges.
By ordering an item on the checkout screen `you` are agreeing to buy the item(s) from `us` at the price stated and subject to our terms and conditions.
Once your order has been placed, an e-mail will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order.
*This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance from NOVA.
A contract will exist between `you` (the customer) and `us`(NOVA) once your order has been accepted by us, and when we have received notice of payment clearance from your payment card issuer, or your bank if you are paying by cheque.
*Please allow 3-10 working days for payment clearance if you are paying by cheque.
When you have purchased goods from us, you will be notified of an approximate delivery time.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or if the delivery time is expected to take longer than the estimated time for that item, we will contact you promptly by e-mail or telephone to advise you of the new delivery date.
Proof of posting will be produced by NOVA upon request and all items will be insured until they are delivered to you.
In the event of any loss of an item(s), a replacement will be posted out when it has been confirmed by the postal services that the package has been lost in the post.
In the UK, the Royal Mail deem an item lost after 15 days from the date of posting.
To cancel your order
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched but you must contact us as soon as possible by telephone, email or in writing.
We will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or dispatched however there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop the order in time.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it!
However,you can return the goods received for a refund.
Once we receive the item back (the return shipping charges must be paid by customer), we'll usually arrange a refund within 7 - 30 days.
Delivery
We will only deliver goods to the billing address of the credit / debit card.
Shipping costs are shown when you add an item to your shopping basket.
Costs are calculated by the item(s) weight.
Delivery of goods will normally take between 3-7 working days (U.K. & E.U.)
Delivery charges within the U.K. prices start from £2-50 per item.
Delivery charges within the E.U. prices start from £4-50 per item.
For shipping charges to countries outside the U.K. & E.U. the costs & delivery service will vary therefore please contact us before you place an order!
Goods will be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the U.K. Mainland, or if requested, by Royal Mail Special Delivery or other courier service.
Deliveries to non U.K. addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service.
All goods are inspected for any faults or damage before they are dispatched,and will be gift wrapped (excluding bags & scarves)& securley packaged to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
Please note that a signature is required from you when the goods are delivered, as this will act as proof of delivery of the goods to you.
Please arrange for someone to be present at the address on the delivery date to sign for the goods.
Items will only be dispatched to you when we have received authorisation from your credit/debit card issuer that the payment for the goods you purchased has cleared.
Please allow between 3-4 working days for the credit/debit card payment clearance.
We will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of the approximate delivery time of your goods from the date of processing your order.
If you require any further information regarding delivery please contact us before you place an order.
Returning goods
If you intend to return goods you must contact us by telephone, email or in writing, before you return any items, we will need your name & order number, we will then advise you on our returns procedure.
*It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to NOVA.
You may return goods to us within 7 days from the date that you first receive them.

Please state the reason you are returning the item.
If the item is faulty please give a full description of the fault.
A refund will usually be credited to your credit card account within 30 days.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the goods to NOVA.
We do not refund the postage costs unless an item has been proven to be faulty or damaged during transit.
Any goods that are faulty or damaged can be exchanged subject to availability,and we will pay for the return delivery charges.
If you need to return an item,we recommend that you use an insured postal service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery within the U.K.and obtain proof of postage.
If you are returning goods from outside the U.K. use a suitable courier service which ensures the item is insured against loss or damage in transit.
If you decide to return an item(s) to us it is your responsibility to take good care of the item(s) whilst they are in your possession. Goods must be returned in the original packaging,in good condition and unworn with all of the labels still attached.
We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way.
Please note that the jewellery label or tag fastened to the item should only be removed when you intend to keep them.
Any evidence that the goods have been worn, or the jewellery label removed or tampered with will invalidate the refund or exchange policies.
*Any damage or negligence of the goods while they are in your care will cancel any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policies.
*For Health & Hygiene reasons we do not accept returned earrings for pierced ears.
IMPORTANT Please note: Customers who are returning goods from countries outside the
U.K. will need to consider any customs charges or other fees that may be due when returning the item(s) to the U.K.
Items that are returned to us from outside the U.K. must be clearly marked as
U.K. Returned Goods.
Parcels that are incorrectly labelled may be subject to excise duty fees when returned to the U.K.
We will not be held liable for payment of these fees and will be unable to accept any item returned to NOVA that require a fee to be paid by us.
If you return goods to us that are outside our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund payment to you.
We will return the item to you at your expense.
Natural Events and Technical Problems
NOVA cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure that may occur due to any technical or unforseen circumstances that are beyond our control including industrial action or a force majeure event.
Additional Information
NOVA try to ensure that all of our product descriptions,visual representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website, but occasionally errors may occur.
If an error does occur, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to re-order the item (s).
Images of our range of products may not show the actual size of the item.
All item weights and measurements are approximate.
NOVA (novajewellery.com) does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which is connected by a link within our site.
Disputes that cannot be resolved by our normal procedure will be resolved in accordance with U.K. & E.U. distance selling regulations & law.
